Meanwhile, if you are cooking skirt steak, the average grilling period is 10 to 13 minutes in charcoal and 8 to 12 minutes in gas.
If you are cooking a 1-inch tenderloin steak, it will require 13 to 15 minutes for charcoal grilling and 11 to 15 minutes for gas grilling.
